Why 25th of December was celebrated by many northern part of the world?
The shortest days of the year is from 21 dec to 24 dec, and so many ancient religions celebrated festivals in 25 Dec, the first day of obviously lengthening daylight.
Long before Jesus, the fake God, there were holidays for Horus and Apollo on 25 dec. The timing of Christmas was chosen centuries after Jesus, to compete with other holidays celebrating the resurgence of the winter solstice sun through other gods.
So Christians eat your heart out, throw away your bible, the not holy scriptures.
