I think what he was referring to were exercises that strengthen your P.C. muscles.

Its located somewhere behind your testicles. To locate it, try stopping the flow of urine when you're in the washroom. That muscle which you just squeezed would be your p.c muscle.

Now that you know where it is, try to design an exercise routine for it:

Thrice a day, each sesssion 15mins.

Squeeze your p.c. muscle slowly for 10 secs, hold it for 10secs and then relax your muscle gradually over 10secs.
