After one week, less than 10% of rioters had been arrested.
What's with our Police Force and ISD?
What re-assurance can MHA give to the public if more than 90% of rioters can get away with their crimes?
OR ARE THEY PURPOSELY NOT ARRESTING THE RIOTERS AS A CONSCIOUS POLITICAL DECISION? (one very senior minister just returned from India............????)
