PEASANTPORE - Pro-bapok blogger Alex Au, who often take potshots at the regime's stupidity and goof ups is finally facing contempt of Kangaroo Court action for one of his blog posts poking loopholes on the ruling of a Kangaroo High Court judge on Wednesday.

On Monday, the well paid and oiled 'Suits for Hire' aka Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) filed for an application to bring a contempt of Kangaroo Court action against Bapok Au over two posts published on his blog Yawning Bread last month.

Kangaroo Belinda Ang, the regime's most reliable hatchet legal lackey, applies Quantum Mechanics and unilaterally claimed on Wednesday that the 'Suits for Hire' office can proceed with contempt of Kangaroo action on one of his blog posts titled "377 Wheels Come Off Kangaroo's Best-Laid Plans" published on October 5. This is a no brainer because Bapok still gets slam even if his blog post published on October 12 titled "Holier than Thou Church Sacks Employee And Sues Regime - On One Ground Right, On Another Ground Wrong" was judged to be a fairy tale.

Using Quantum Mechanics Uncertainty Principle, Legal Lackey Ang claimed while Blogger Au's claims about a plan to "deliberately manipulate hearing dates" may be queerly bash, there is certainty that the bapok has ruffled the wrong feathers and must be decisively punished as an example to cow the increasing vocal bapok community.

In the second post, the 'Suits for Hire' office said Blogger Au had cunningly used a Quantum Mechanics idea and stated insinuated that the Peasantpore judiciary can be "incompetent and biased", similar to the Schrödinger's Cat. The regime took exception to Bapok Au's comment that he "really want to see a day when bapoks are free to screw each another rather than languish in the Quantum State of 'horny but cannot fuck legally' state of existence, privately or in their workplace."

On Tuesday, Justice Ang was trying to settle problems quickly using a 'trial by summary' but was caught red faced when Bapok Au's lawyer turned up unexpectedly to remind her to follow procedures and not be too eager to please Ruler Loong and make a fool of herself.

In a closed-door hearing on Wednesday, Kangaroo Ang allowed the lawyers to hold the watching brief - which means they could 'lan lan LPPL' watch the Kangaroo proceedings and become expensive hourly rated lame ducks.

Posting on his Facebook page on Wednesday, Bapok Au said he was told by his lawyers that Kangaroo Ang adopted a face-saving stance by claiming suddenly her X'tian deity gave her divine inspiration that the 'Suits for Hire' lackeys had "failed to make out a prima facie case" on his October 12 post.

Asked if it has told Bapok Au to remove the blog post, a 'Suits for Hire' spokesperson said: "Our bosses on holiday, higher ups not sure what Ruler Loong intends to do this time....so we have not made any requests of Bapok Au and lest we are called bullies by Ang Mohs or Nihons, we are not in a position to comment on what he intends to do."

The AGC will now have half a full moon days to file an application with the High Kangaroo for what is known as an order of committal after Ruler Loong has expressed his wishes on the preferred outcome.

Thereafter, to make Bapok Au look bad, Kangaroo papers including the summons, statement and affidavits, will be served on Bapok Au.

This is not the first time Bapok Au has faced punitive regime sponsored legal action over his blog posts to fight for bapok rights in Asiatic Peasantpore society.

Both Law Minion 山木庚 and Ruler Loong had used the Kangaroo Court to whack Bapok Au over his 'allegedly defamatory postings'. It is common understanding that the regime resorts to such dirty tricks to silence dissenters.

Bapok Au was forced to remove those posts subsequently but always find the guts to take on the regime after a few full moons.

In July this year, he also apologised for a post alleging that plastic surgeon aka White Horse Woffles Wu was given a long honeymoon over a speeding offence and was inevitable deemed to be in contempt of Kangaroo.
