An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:

Here is the news report:
Graphic designer Nandita Gupta, 30, who moved from India with her husband in 2010, said she faced difficulties looking for a job despite being on a Dependant's Pass - where a spouse can obtain a letter of consent from the Manpower Ministry for them to be employed. "Most of the job advertisements say they want either Singaporeans or Permanent Residents. That works against us."

What is the purpose of issuing Dependable Pass if the holder is here to compete with sinkies for jobs? Is a graphic designer as skilful as a doctor or scientist who can help sinkie land to advance? Isn't it time to revoke Dependable Pass to save jobs for natives?

FT are clearly abusing Dependable Pass to flood into sinkie land to compete for jobs with the natives. Get one FT in, he will bring economic refugees into this land by way of Dependable Pass for other family members. No wonder there are FT everywhere in sinkie land.
