An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
"The allegations, if true, are deeply disturbing and disappointing. Everytime you get this, you need to deal with it decisively and firmly...inevitably (because of) human nature, you will have people who succumb to temptation...whether in the Civil Service, banks, law firms (or) institutions. Despite having best controls...somebody will try to beat it.What we need to do is always to be vigilant...and to make sure that these are exceptions and they don't become the norm."
