Just to share... for me and few friends who tried it, we do experience slight headache when taking for the first time or if you haven't taken it for a while.

What's very troubling is that you have

1) recommendation from friend
2) stock in hand
3) not enough balls and/or ovaries to try it first

and that if it does enhance sexy performing, your friend would have said "it does enhance sexy performing , not SUPPOSED to enhance sexy performing" which means your friend also doesnt have the huevos to try it....
