There's another case where a PRC man (well, that's what the reports say) was naked and charged at police officers even when a taser gun was pointed at him. He was eventually arrested.

this one happen like a few months or half a year back already... this one probably drunk or what then friends did some prank to him or something and everyone come to work and see him naked there ? h
