otherwise if u take a cab and if u feel that the driver is ok, check it out with the taxi driver. address them as 兄弟 to get that brotherhood feel.
in the northeast (shenyang, dalian, changchun harbin etc) they like to address each other as 兄弟, 哥 or 老妹.
your best bet is hotel bell boy.

if your hotel has health centre, check out the health centre. most likely available.

if possible, request for north east girls 東北姑娘. they are generally tall and pretty.
