There have been too many complaints regarding sexkey. People don't cancel pornking and then shoot off emails to the whole world complaining that they have been ripped off. I have received threatening letters on a daily basis demanding and explanation as to why they were billed USD34.00 per month!

I also have to reply to scores of emails asking me how to cancel pornking even though ALL the info is available on the sexkey and ccbill homepage.

It seems that many can't even understand simple instructions regarding how sexkey works.

To resolve the issue, I have had no choice to discontinue sexkey and rely on verotel (formerly used as backup processor) to control access.

Nobody has to pay for sexkey. Sexkey is free. What you are paying for is for your pornking membership which you still have regardless of whether I use sexkey or some other processor to control access to the content page.

Nobody has to pay for sexkey. Sexkey is free. What you are paying for is for your pornking membership which you still have regardless of whether I use sexkey or some other processor to control access to the content page.

Hi there...just a newbie's comments: Firstly, i've been using sexkey to logon to the pictures site for a couple of years now. I've only ever been charged once and that was the very first time when i had no idea how to cancel the pornking membership. So it was really my fault. Sexkey is totally free! Second, i dont see why other people who CAN follow instructions have to suffer with Sam's move to verotel...especially ones like me who just renewed the Sexkey membership. ;)

p.s. i'm not trying to be a smart ass...just my thoughts on this matter

The problem is that with chargebacks, I am the one who ends up suffering. Each chargeback against my site costs me big time and it will no longer be possible to keep this forum going if I continue with sexkey.

Visa International has a very harsh policy when it comes to chargebacks. Anything more than 2% and the merchant (sexkey in this case) faces being barred from accepting credit cards. Sexkey will therefore not hesitate to cut pull the rug from under me if my site contributes too many chargebacks for their liking.

Once pictures that meet the requirements are submitted, access is configured within 24 hours.

If you have not been admitted yet, it usually means that there was a problem verifying that the pictures were genuine.... could be low resolution... no exif data.. exif data incomplete etc.

There are also some who submit pix without identifying who they are (no forum nick) and who send emails from an email address which is different from the one they used when they registered their nicks. This causes my staff to lose track of things or your email may end up being mistaken for spam and inavertently deleted.

If your pix are genuine, just resubmit them for approval... min resolution 1600x1200.
