I juz checked out of hotel 81 chinatown less than 2 hours ago. Before check-in i actually called to ask if they have transit rooms at chinatown. They have. But the recept also told me of the below requirements for check-in for transit rooms.

1. Both guests must present their IDs (I think many bros onow this one. The second one i am mention is what i didnt know before and only got to onow jz now)

2. IDs must either be a Singapore IC, PR, or holding a valid employment pass or work permit. Passports are strictly not allowed.

So i think those freelancers will not be able to check-in. Not sure of long-term visit pass though.

Note also that this is in chinatown. Not sure about the other branches.

Did they mention only certain h81?

Gl h81 can use passport. But one fella got to be citizen. Osaka is the worst, both have to be citizen then can.

Anyway, i went to one which accepted passport.

Yes they have website.

Yes, can try www.agoda.com.sg. Only setback is most bros here eat out, so they are cautious, and if you book online, it means using your credit card which is a NO NO. Cash is the better option, and online booking does not allow transit.

Yes they have website.

I think on-line oni cater for full day booking. No transit.
