Never liked Fragrance, their administrative process prior to checking in is a real pain. On a bad day, you could be standing at the reception for 10 minutes, waiting for the silly printout so that you can sign and get your room keys. If its your first time there, don't be tricked thinking you could bask in the blissful post-fuck glow cuddling your lover facing the ocean. The names for these two hotels are misnomers as there is no water/ocean view regardless of your room facing. There is this new hotel called Santa Grand West Coast between these two Fragrances. If you intend to stay in the room longer, the prices could be comparable.

In those days there were only 2 Santa Grand Hotels, one at West Coast and the other at Bugis (if my memory didn't fail me). As Bugis is too close to where my OC works, I will bring my FB from Indonesia to stay at the one at West Coast whenever she comes to Singapore.

Yes, you still need 2 IC even if you book for a night stay (from my own experience)

I agree that the queue is terrible. It's mainly due to the slowness of the receptionist.

Also, they will call about 15 mins before expiry to remind, at a crucial time when one may be doing the last lap!

There is a carpark just opposite the hotel, facing the fragrances.It will be at your right side when you turn in your car. Good parking lots.

Santa Grand West Coast wasn't new but I think re-renovate once. Last time they have transit but after that no more. Not sure now have or not, can any one advise?
