WLs periodic health checks

Hi guys,

I am very new here.
Wanted to try some service.
But before that I am kinda scared about STDs and all those.
I know we use condom but still not 100% guranteed.
How often is the legal WLs do a periodic health checks?
I know some of you guys are very closed to the WLs by Reading your post
So please help me out and answering.

1st of all , welcome to the forum.. :)

You dont need to be close to know this, once u frequuent this place u will get the hang of it and know more on how GL runs. ;)

But having said that, condoms are good enough i would say. The only time it doesnt work is if u dont use it, or it breaks. :D


The 2nd part to your question is they do have monthly check ups from what i know in the Thai Hses.

If you want to reduce the chances of STD and really be safe, then here is my advice.

Make this a rule in your big head before ur visit and not let your small head take over. [ranked by importance]

1. Use condom always for FJ, DONT DO RAW EVEN IF OFFERED.

2. Use condom even for BJ, i dont know why so many threads and posts here seems to be encouraging BBBJ, though i know its a good feeling and lower chance of getting STD than FJ Raw, it is still relatively the same as FJ raw, just slightly lower chances of getting STD only.

3. Avoid frenching if you have ulcers in your mouth. Because an open wound can get you infected with oral STDs. Of cos the next level of safeness if you would is not to french at all.




And before you think that they have monthly check ups so its save to do raw, think again.

If you go 10 days after their check up, no one knows what can happen within this 10 days, if you so heng do raw with 1 gal and so happen she kenna from an earlier customer within this 10 days, then u strike lottery.

And even if you are her 1st customer after her check up, dont be so happy, certain STDs have a dorman stage of 1 month, meaning a person can be contracted with STD but show no signs or wont be picked up by checkups within 1 month But still might pass it on to you.

So always play safe bros. USE CONDOM for FJ AND BJ. Thats my opinion and advice.

But i just want to give my 2 cents.

Addiction in any form is an addiction for a reason.
There is no such thing as a 1 time only or just for experience.
Just like smoking, and drugs.
Ur 1 time experience is all that is needed to get u hooked.

Question is why didnt they stop.

Contrary to popular belief, condoms are actually 100% safe.

Let me explain, condoms by itself if u are saying it can protect u from conception and HIV then yes it is not 100% fullproof.
Becos it can break or leak, but again its negligible.

BUT if we are talking about normal cases where most of the time it doesnt break, then it is fullproof. Meaning just as long as it doesnt break and u use it properly u are safe.

Because HIVs are passed by body fluid. [Blood, semen, sperm, vaginal fluid]
So it only can pass if the condom breaks.
But if it does break HIV is not the only thing concern here.
U should be concern about pragnancy as well.

When u remove the condom and u see ur sperm leaking tru then it has broken but do u see it often?
Condoms go tru very tough QCs, if it breaks its because of dryness, but if that happens it will hurt the girls vagina 1st so she will put some lubricant.
Thus is really really seldom happens. Not even 1%.

So generally i think all those sex education out there are good, but they show u statistics to scare u.
Its playing with words and when u see a statistics and studies, u should take in several factors as well.

When they say 15% of the time it doesnt protect, does this include people who use it but dont know how to use it the right way? Thus getting infected even without the condom breaking?
Were there foul play?
Like frens using a needle to poke holes in ur condom so to u it feels like it didnt work although u used condom. etc etc..


So i wouldnt take that 85% so seriously.. Theres more to a statistics than just numbers. :D

I haven't done an in-depth study into the statistics and am not a statistician unfortunately, so I may or may not have correctly interpreted the statistics I came across several times on the web.

In view of the frequency of the WLs going for a check up, it's done monthly and that of course does not include if emergency such as other complains of necessary treatments etc when the WLs felt something amiss in between the monthly checks, and that is pretty often through my knowledge. In any case there's always an element of risk when you go into this hobby, just imagine these WLs does the act like between 5 to even 11 times per day and with different types of customers and different races and different walks of life, thus it's dangerous but exciting to try out your fantasy with a SYT who sometimes could be your daughter's age or even younger. You guys might want to know that. So if a WL kena something, she could be working for three months before anything gets discovered. Just something to note.

For thais at least i can confirm is monthly, mayb PRC mayb diff.


Becos when i want to ON some times, OKT will sometimes tell me oh tmr she got Check up, then when i ask the gal she confirm same thing, then i notice every month the same particular day in the 1st week the girl will go for her check up..
Cos when i ask again the next month happen to be on same day, she told me not to come on that day cos she got check up again.

So i can confirm that they go monthly. Not quaterly.

But why would they go out of the way just to lie to us?
I cant possibly think of a reason for them to lie..
When its their off, they tell me its their off.
When its their period they tell me so.
When they sick they tell me also.

So i mean i cant think of another reason as to what they are trying to hide and use check up as an excuse not to earn more money.
After all they want to earn money right?
Then turning away customer for ON the night b4 or sometimes the girl take off on the check up day, is all money potential wasted.

How are you able to confirm this? You follow the WL for their checkup every month?

I was at the DSC clinic, which does the check-ups, yesterday and spoke directly to a counsellor and asked him if WLs go for monthly check ups.

He said that they do it only every three months. I asked him why that's the case, and why not every month? He said it was no point doing it every month as the window period for STDs is typically three months before you can detect it.

As a staff at DSC clinic which conducts the checks for WLs, why would he lie or tell me information that he isn't sure of?

Unless someone here can produce an email from DSC clinic on how often WLs get checked, how would you know if they get checked monthly? Hearing it from the WL or OKT may not necessarily be a reliable source of info as they're more concerned about your continued patronage as opposed to your sexual health.

3) After working for a month or so they would be asked to go for another medical check normally at DSC unless they have asked and manage to get their medical dossier transferred to an approved clinic sanctioned by DSC near their homebase with the request by their OKT in time before their first monthly check ups. Thus do not feel that the WLs did not go for their monthly check up as per some cheongsters said here but just that they got their check ups done at the clinic henceforth thus freeing more available space for more important patients requesting treatment.

Kindly note that i am definitely no OKT, nor informant. Its just that i am medically trained and thus know a little more than the normal joe that's all. The fact of having blue black marks after each extraction of blood is normal unless the patch ( haematoma ( internal bleeding), due to punture of vein vessels causing bleeding either minute or excess would show on the skin as blue black ) as our blood have a clooting that helps to coagulate and heal our wounds automatically and diabetic patients lack this or have minimum such agent thus its rather dangerous for a diabetic to injure themselves. I agree that if the Haematoma is severe than its most times the clinical technician or nurse is not skille enough to handle the job especially so for people who have faint , small veins and they need to find ( topo ) when the extraction needle is inserted into the vein as vessels sometimes move a little and if the nurse is not skilled enough it will result in this situation, especially so if the WL is very fair thus this patch of blue black would be very distinct. Hope that clears up some aspects if not all your queries. Cheers!

But its very rare to see blue black, most of the time is when the vein is punctured.
Im a very fair person compared to all my friends in school, and in army, but everytime we had injections and blood tests, i never see blue black.

And when we're talking about Thai WL, they generally tend to be darker than us.
So that is double double the chance that i think its a puncture vein.

But what i am open to agree is that there are 2 kinds of HIV test.
1 is for small STD. THe other is for Aids.

So maybe the normal STD is monthly then the Aids one is every quaterly. maybe..

But i know they go monthly for some check up.
Cos everytime i go around the same timing i see their injection mark or plasters. :D
