Yes I'm aware that it's not illegal to photograph a consenting woman in her underwear or even in the nude. BUT fortunately the police do not have the right to walk in to our house to conduct searches without a warrant. For them to get a warrant, they need to have substantial evidence to convince the authority to issue one. Similarly, you have a right to refuse a search on your handphone or tablet if they stop you on the street, unless they have valid reasons.
