The lower end is at Changi Village, quite close to where the airport is and near Mustaffa Centre, a 24 hr department store at a road called Rowell Road.
In Changi they operate from midnight. In Rowell from about 8p.m. Here prices range from S$30 to S$50. At Changi, you would need a car as it's done in the car, few LBs have rooms there. At Rowell rooms are spartan but if you don't mind they're great value.

yeah, the coke is from the boss of the pub, so they take maybe six to eight bucks, rest is the ladyboy's earned commission from the customers. if you can afford it, give her some cash tips on top of that or you can don't buy her drinks, just strike a fast conversation for some quickie, they will be gladly to tell you the price for your requested services ( of course some quote with or without hotel fee.

By the way, for those who don't know, Susor Empat is an area with 2 lots of shophouses. It runs parallel to Jalan Tun Abdul Razak, on the left hand side. This road actually starts from the JB checkpoint.The selection of trans increases after 6p.m. Before that time maybe 3 or 4 around. I understand makan shops and some trans operate till 5a.m.
