Definition of Soft Swing

Now I've been looking through this forum for a while an it seems like there are many interpretations of a soft swing.... can someone please shed some light?

errrr... u missed one important definition for both soft and hard swings (unless mutually agreed):

Mr A penis cannot enter Mr B asshole.
Mr B penis cannot enter Mr A asshole.
