I would dare say, the universal priorities are in the order of:

1) Appeal : looks, body, face, dressing, etc. Doesn't matter nationality; e.g. for me if super chio SYT with an angel face & perfect body... heck care black or white skin liao....
2) Bargain Price : this will never be 1, because u won't even ask what's the price without any appeal.
3) Comfort : this one is subjective to individual, but even if A & B are ok, you somehow need to feel comfortable nodding your head and heading for the hotel. This feeling only comes after speaking to the WL; perhaps she got bad breath, crooked teeth, deep (male?) voice, rude, indifference, etc. which will determine your comfort level.

So it's as simple as ABC when going hunting at GL.
