Any experience KTV lounge, bars in balistier road?

I just wonder anyone been to the KTV lounge, bars night club at baliestier road? Whats the quality of gals and any recommendation?
I live nearby, I thought I try it out.:)
Whats the price?
I normally visits FL in hotel but might try this as it's convenient :)
