Suggestion needed on pub and ladies night

I am finally able to get my admin assistant to join me for a drink. She is an easy going type and has been with many of my colleagues before. I first want to test water by taking her for a drink and some rubba before advancing to the next stage. Any pub recommendations that can allow us to sit in the dark and rubba rubba? The ideal place would have been Carnegies on Wednesday night (as it is ladies night with lots of people around), but it is closed now.

Any opinion on Bar Cocoon, also has Ladies night on Wednesdays.
