Not sure has this topic bf. Have tried several OKTs but those with good quality & service I would return. Some are Ryal Escorts & My Pleasure. Also the OKT themselves are friendly & willing to accomodate changes. In my case had to cancel last minute but the OKT was understanding even though I am not regular. So will definitely patronise him again.

Hope the rest of bros can recommend also the better ones.
