I belong to one such group back in the 90s when I was a teen.

My group and I would only go out for our activities at night...sometimes during unearthly hours, 2am, 4am etc

We would do stupid things like stealing slippers, bicycles, damaging potted plants, etc

basically setup would be a central admin organization group plus localized cell groups.... have weekly, monthly or quarterly meeting.
