What's the difference between Geylang Cat 150 & HC ?

Have not been to any HC before but have went into the deep end by going straight to Cat 150.

Is there any difference between what you get in HC? Any opinion is most appreciated!

Whats the diff of "Yi Tiao Long" package?

Cat150 I have tried, no word to say. But "Yi Tiao Long" been inside, recommend by OKT but I walk out. He says its a full course service. ANyone tried it yet? Its in GL, is it legal like the usually Cat50 one?
