I once parked my car in a secluded backlane of Geylang. I went for a walkabout. I found a Traffic Police parking ticket on my car windscreen when I returned in less than 30 mins. I went home and always checked my letterbox every day until the Traffic Police summons letter arrived. I immediately paid the fine. cos it can be people asking for road and the driver, being the good citizen giving directions
heck even 1 of the drivers is offering the ladies a kind lift to her destination :p

but for the person taking the photo, better pray dun gena caught else sure gena jialat jialat 1 i think

n yeah from the angle that the photo is taken, it's taken from at least 2floors and above, so probably it's someone living near the area, if you can identify the road, you also can pinpoint where the photo is taken from :D
