i was a regular at NS about 3 years back... let me share wif u my experience then...

on some occasions i tried to make reservations and was initially told that there was no rooms available... then they ask me my name and suddenly there is one room available... becos i was a regular back then...

i found out later that they always have some rooms "reserved" for a list of "regular" regulars... not only the normal regulars... so it helps a lot if u are a regular and the staff and management there know u... :D

now i oredi retired from cheonging... :o
