but frankly i think it's a pretty gd idea to turn yr pty into some short time love hotel which couples need a few hours to cosy up with ea other. or it could b a place which u can arrange a session with a masseuse if u dun like bein spotted in hotels. if u can rent out yr plc for say $50 for 3 hrs, 2 sessions per day, $100 is quite good income. G'luck! :D

and roughly what are the charges, as compared to H81 or other 3-star hotel.

as we know, H81 is about $80 for over night, 3 star hotel is about $120-$150.

prob will get zapped but... is it safe? i mean it is a private property, who knows what the owner has done to the place... if he installed pin-hole camera, we might be main actors in some movies on the internet... hahahaha

if yrs is a residential landed pty, better chk 1st if it's legal to operate yr short term rentals n require any special licence. The expected flurry of activities fr yr customers may possibly arouse yr neighbours' suspicions n concerns. better b careful n not get yrslf into any potential trouble.
