I hate to tell you this, but the courts do not take an over-simplistic view when concluding that there was coercion. Take a look at Black's Law Dictionary and you'll see the legal definition of 'coercion'. If he had threatened to circulate the pics etc., then, that would have been a different story, but he didn't.

Her subsequent swearing etc. does not mean that she was coerced.

With regards to what is written here, it is not a sworn statement. Secondly, there is no clear offence disclosed pursuant to the provisions of the Penal code. Thirdly, you don't really know the author's identity to use all this against him. In short, my friend, if you think you can use all this and tender it as a confession/admission under the Evidence Act, you will be in for a surprise :)
