Part 1
This is a true incident which happened after my A levels just before I enlisted. After A levels cause I had nothing else to do. My mom everyday force me go find job. One day she ask me go down interview. I didn't check and I went down. In the end, I got the shock of my life when I found out I'm interviewing to be social escort. Everyday she come disturb disturb, until I cannot take it so went out to find job.
I landed this job as a intern in the fashion and lifestyle industry at a reputable magazine company. I completed the routine interview, got accepted and everything. 2 weeks later when i entered the company, I had a pleasant shock. I found out that I was the only guy there. Whoa song bo, i thought to myself. I kindda expected a lot of girls since its a magazine that publishes lots of luxury fashion brands such as prada, gucci, lv, on pedder, burberry. But hell din't i expect myself to be the only guy and lan jiao all the girls all ang moh ang moh super chio type. bet you guys all jealous alr.
Anws, one sweet looking petite girl walked up to me. I looked at her and guessed she might be almost the same age as me cause the rest looked matured and like those working class la. Her face shape is those oval type, got big big eyes and a sharp nose. I remember a mole on her left cheek. Usually moles look disgusting but this one is those small small one, makes her look quite feminine and cute. When she smiles, I can see the dimples. She introduced herself as Charmaine, to make it easier, I'll call her by her nick Char which makes everything more simple. She's older than me like 21 already but she's considered the youngest there. Basically part of my job is to go through magazines, see if there's any errors and stuff. Pretty much the basic admin stuff cause you know interns are just cheap labour to employers. So she led me to her desk and told me to sit beside her. I was told she's leaving at the end of the week, so she's supposed to teach me everything I need to know before leaving. First off, it's the magazine checking part.
Me: Whoa do i have to go through so many magazines everyday? (Looking at the piles of magazines surrounding my table)
Char: Of course la, thats what interns are supposed to do. Dont think this part is trivial k? It is important............(just nodded as she continued)
Char: So do you read magazines during your free time?
Me: No la, I where got so free. Read all these what Cleo, Women's Weekly. You think i ah gua ah.
Char: (Giggles) ya hor. i forgot you guy. all the previous interns all girls. you're the only exception. nvm. i help you find guys magazine like august. maybe you'll get into the mood of magazine reading.
Me: no need la waste tim.... (before i finished, she went finding the magazine)
Cause the piles of magazine is beside the desk on the floor. She bent down and flipped through the pile of magazine beside me. As you know, the top is so low cut that i fucking can see through with the side of my eyes.
