I do suggest you go and take a look and recce yourself, one man meat may be others poison. If the FR provided by other brothers here may not be to your liking, you come and flame them.

It is Peoples Park Centre, at Chinatown, can reach there by MRT, get off the chinatown MRT, or there are plenty of bus to go there. Joyful is at Chinatown Pt, opp PPC. Hope it helps.:)
