Have a few good night's sleep, eat well (no fried foods), drink plenty of water and exercise regularly. This should increase hardness.....recently, upon turning 41 late last year, I also felt I was not as thick and hard as I used to be in one of those all nighter session with my FB (and co-worker after office hours, on seperate occasions).

As market is bad, my boss also ask us to go home early. So I took the opportunity to go to gym and eat less carbs and more veg and fruits.

If that don't work, then you're probably having some physiological problesm. See a doctor then.

Agree with bro fatty_leo that 10 - 15 min to ejaculate is quite normal. I'm not so power like bro Takumi_racer can last 10 min. Last about near 10 mins or sometimes lesser when having s*x cos seldom have s*x. But when receiving bbbj can last damn long, 30 mins or more also can tahan. Yeah, it really normal to cum within 10 mins. Remembering the younger day when I visited GL, cum before doing. The gal called me to relax myself but it's always too late.

i'm also kinda have the similar problem as you, but LL doing shift work and etc can't really be helped.
