bro,i also having a hard time posting the pics........have to use the CS4 to resize and post....very hard as 1st time using CS4.....resize afew times but after click upload, saying that the file is larger than the requirements.

All you need to do to resize the images is to adjust the jpg compression till you get a file size of around 200kb. A 40% setting is usually ideal. There is no visible deterioration of image quality when viewed on a monitor and the file is small and easy to upload/download.
