I think you are still quite unaware of the market demands (ie. bros demands :D). CIM is becoming more and more a SOP with PRCs. At least 60% to 70% of all the PRC FLs I meet up with offer CIM.:p:D In fact I find PRCs now more willing to do CIM than Thais or Viets.

Please just use the search function for CIM in FL Dome 2. You'll find tonnes and tonnes of them offering this service. Even some SYTs provide it.:D
