If you need english speaking girls to ta pao, go to Sukhumvit Soi 4or commonly known as Sukhumvit Soi Nana. If the taxi is not sure, just tell him Sukhumvit Landmark Hotel. The Soi Nana is just next to this Landmark Hotel.
Soi Nana has lots of bars with girls (and ladyboys) that speak english fairly well. This is as they cater to ang mo, but from my experience, they will also go with Chinese most of the time.
