She got two houses in Shanghai now, one self-use house fully paid already after working here the first 2 times, and for the new one is for investment no idea fully paid or not, but one thing sure - she is much richer than most of the bros here.

Well property price is relative to the location. Example the price that ppl pay for cars here can easily buy property elsewhere.
